ChatGPT、Claude 还是 Copilot：澳洲小生意该用哪个？
先看你已经在付钱的软件。公司用的是 Microsoft 365 商用版，Copilot Chat 已经包含在里面，不用另外付钱。[6] [7] 没有的话，ChatGPT 和 Claude 都有 A$0 的免费版，先拿两件真活试一试再决定买不买。[1] [4] 下面的价格是2026 年 10 月 25 日的。

微软还写明，更高级的 AI 功能在套餐之外按用量收费（“More advanced AI experiences are billed based on usage”）。[6]
会不会拿你输进去的东西去训练？
要看是哪个方案，开关也常变。我们只留一张表，每月核一次：各家 AI 会不会拿你的对话去训练。简单说，公司版默认不拿去训练：Claude Team 写着「No model training on your content by default」，Microsoft 365 工作账号写着「prompts and responses are not used to train the underlying large language models」。[4] [6]
数据放在哪
- Microsoft 365 Copilot：澳洲的租户，对话内容存放在所在地区（“stored at rest in the relevant Local Region Geography”），澳洲在列。[8]
- ChatGPT：把数据存在澳洲，只给合格的 ChatGPT Enterprise、Edu、Healthcare 和 API 客户。ChatGPT Business 的数据存放那一格写的是「No」。[3] [2]
- Claude：Anthropic 的分地区数据存放（包括澳洲）是通过 AWS Bedrock、Google Cloud Vertex 和 Microsoft Foundry 提供的。Claude 自己的 app 能不能把数据存在澳洲，我们没找到 Anthropic 的页面写这件事。[5]

澳洲隐私监管机构 OAIC 建议：个人信息，特别是敏感信息，不要输进公开的生成式 AI 工具。[9] business.gov.au 提醒：先弄清楚这个工具用哪些数据、数据怎么存。[10]
我们没比的
我们不排哪个更聪明、哪个写得更好。这件事没有中立的官方出处，模型一更新又会变。最快的办法是自己试：挑两件你每周都做的活，在免费版上各跑一遍。
