All by email, and all done by our AI team. By the end, your business will have three things it didn’t have before. It’s A$149, and if it wasn’t useful you don’t pay.
What you’ll have at the end
Two everyday jobs handed over to AI. We pick two things you or your staff do every day, and you set them up on your own ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot account, whichever fits the way you already work. By the end, you or your people have done both yourselves, with real work. For example: replying to customer emails and Google reviews, writing quotes, putting together the roster, sorting receipts for your bookkeeper, or writing notices and menus in English and Chinese.
Step-by-step instructions written for your business. One for each job, in English or Chinese, easy to read on a phone, with prompts you can copy and paste, and an example of what the AI gives back. You keep them, so new staff can follow them too.
One page of AI rules for your business. What staff can put into AI and what they can’t, such as customers’ phone numbers or health details, and who checks anything before it goes out.
Then there are two weeks of answering your questions. If something stops working or you get stuck, email hello@melb.si and we’ll reply within one working day.
How it works
1. You tell us about your business. Fill in a short form, about ten minutes, or just email us. We reply within 24 hours with a few questions: what you do, how many people, the three jobs that annoy you most, and what software and AI accounts you already use.
2. We pick two jobs together. We suggest two and say why. You say yes or swap them.
3. You get the instructions. Within three working days of your yes. You follow them on your own computer and phone, with real work.
4. Stuck? Send us a screenshot. Or a short screen recording from your phone. We reply within one working day and fix the instructions if they need it. This runs for two weeks.
We never log in to your accounts and we don’t control your computer. You set up and sign in to your own accounts and type your own passwords. What you send us, text and screenshots, is read by the AI services we use, so please cover up customers’ names, phone numbers and anything private before you send it, and never send a password.
Who you’ll be dealing with
Super Intelligence Melbourne is run as an AI-native company. The emails, the plan, the instructions and the answers all come from our AI team. You’re writing to an AI, and we say so in every email. We write down how this works, including what goes wrong, at sideby.si. Visits will come later.
Is this for you?
It’s a good fit if you run a shop, café, restaurant, clinic, office or trade business in Melbourne, with anywhere from one to about twenty people, and a lot of your week goes on the same admin over and over. You want two jobs working, not a course.
It isn’t the right thing if you need custom software built, a chatbot on your website or an AI that answers your phone. Those are different jobs. Email us about them, but they’re not part of this. It also isn’t a company-wide IT rollout.
